We think Goree, Texas is a great place. We don't have a hotel or a motel, but we do have a few places to stay. We are the closest town to the Miller Creek Reservoir. This lake is within minutes from here and it's a fisherman's dream. Personally, our family enjoys boating, skiing and campfires. When my husband has the time and isn't hunting, he loves trot-line fishin'.
